Registration for 2 Siblings
This registration pack includes registration to the Northcote Jets Basketball Club for 2 siblings valued at $420. Please ensure you have sent in your child's Birth Certificate and Registered with SportsTG from our Registration page.
Please add the New Styled Northcote Jets shorts (Only new and existing players in Under 10, 12 and 14) and Jersey (Only new players and some current players with old style jersey in Under 10, 12 and 14) to your order. The new Northcote Jets Shorts and Jerseys are compulsory, so if you don't currently have them, please include them in your order below. All U16 and above players are not required to purchase the new shorts as they will play in the old style jersey.
Always leave Quantity set to '1'.
Please Note: During the current season, there will be occasions when photographs of your child may be taken by committee members or parents of Northcote Jets Basketball Club. By registering your child here, you are giving your permission for the club to use a photo or photos of your child in our website or on social media only used to promote the club and to highlight your child's accomplishments and participation within our great club. If included, identification would be done by first name and first initial of last name only.
