Tabata 45min – High intensity interval training to burn fat (Full body)
Workout of the day (W.O.D) 45min – Coach's choice! A combination of strength and endurance, often in a circuit type form with a finisher at the end to feel the burn.
Lower Body Burn 45min – Legs and glutes strength workout.
Boxing 45min – improve cardiovascular health, increase power, speed & strength, burn fat and get a full body workout.
Yoga 1 hour – A mobility and flexibility focus yoga class designed to assist in your general well-being and work together with strength training.
Circuit + Core 45min– Resistance training build strength and muscular endurance (Full body).
Strength 45min – Weight session to build the fundamentals of lifting technique. Have a solid workout and confidence to continue strength training outside of classes.
Express Core 30min – Build core strength (30 mins).
Bootcamp 45min – Intense, gritty outdoor fun. A finisher at the end to really fire those heart rates and muscles and get you set up for the weekend.
Technique 45min – Designed to help members better understand the equipment and be able to be comfortable working out solo.
