Thank you for volunteering as a Coach for our club!  

We love that you are invested in the growth and participation of our players in basketball. We would not be able to offer this many children the opportunity to play without you. We appreciate the huge commitment you are making to our club.

Northcote Jets Coach's Code of Conduct 

Basketball coaches are often entrusted with a variety of roles, responsibilities and challenges. It is vital that the coach clearly defines their roll.

In addition to players, our coaches have the responsibility of managing relationships with Team Managers, parents and officials.

Northcote Jets basketball Club have developed a Basketball Coach’s Code of Conduct that will set the standard of behaviour required of every Northcote Jets player, their parents and family and the domestic coaches so as to ensure that every player in the team:
• enjoys their experience of playing basketball
• improves as a basketball player; and
• assists the team to improve.
